FRP Tanks: Engineered for Performance and Durability

Ronsen Tech’s FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) tanks are premium composite vessels designed for residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment applications. With extremely high structural strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior thermal insulation, these tanks serve as ideal filtration and reaction vessels for water softening, drinking water production, and industrial pure or ultrapure water generation.

Our FRP tank range covers diameters from 5" to 80" with full specification options. Whether you need a standard base, side opening, top/bottom opening, or custom configurations, Ronsen Tech has the solution. All tanks feature advanced winding technology, high-quality resin systems, and rigorous quality control to ensure long service life and reliable performance.

Residential Softener Tanks: Compact, Reliable, Global Standard

Since entering the international residential tank market in 2016, Ronsen Tech has developed 29 models of residential softener tanks that meet international quality standards. These tanks are designed to hold ion exchange resin and effectively remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, achieving efficient water softening. With diameters from 5" to 10" and capacities ranging from 3.1 to 54.1 liters, our residential tanks are compact, lightweight, and easy to integrate into household softening systems.

Membrane Housings: ASME-Certified, Globally Compatible

Leveraging nearly 20 years of experience in composite winding technology, Ronsen Tech launched its membrane housing product line in 2015, obtaining ASME certification from the very start. Our membrane housings cover pressure ratings from 300 PSI to 1,200 PSI, with diameters of 2.5", 4", and 8", and accommodate 1 to 7 membrane elements per housing. They are fully compatible with leading international membrane brands including DOW, HYDRANAUTICS, GE, TORAY, CSM, LG, VONTRON, and many others.

Advanced manufacturing processes—including computer-controlled multi-axis winding systems, precision curing ovens, and automatic tension control—ensure consistent quality. Premium raw materials, high-quality aluminum thrust plates, fiber-reinforced thermoplastic components, and stainless steel hardware guarantee superior pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. Each housing undergoes rigorous testing, including 100,000-cycle fatigue tests and 6x burst pressure tests, ensuring exceptional safety and reliability.

Brine Tanks: Durable, Practical, Customizable

Ronsen Tech’s brine tanks are manufactured from high-quality PE material and designed for long-term, trouble-free operation in water softening systems. Available in both blow-molded and rotationally molded versions, with capacities ranging from 60L to 3,000L, these tanks feature internal salt wells, salt valves, and accessories to ensure optimal brine preparation and system performance. Multiple color options and stackable designs for convenient transportation are also available.

DTRO Membrane Housings: Specialized for High-Concentration Liquids

For demanding high-concentration liquid separation and concentration applications, Ronsen Tech offers DTRO (Disc-Tube Reverse Osmosis) membrane housings. Manufactured from epoxy fiberglass-reinforced plastic, these housings combine lightweight construction with exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Pressure ratings include 75 Bar, 90 Bar, 120 Bar, and 160 Bar, with a standard length of 1,200 mm.
