Runxin's ceramic hermetic head faces sealing structure is fundamentally different from conventional piston or cam-type valves. Instead of relying on easily worn rubber seals, Runxin valves use high-precision ceramic disks—with flatness up to 0.3 microns—that rotate to switch flow paths with minimal torque, exceptional sealing performance, and outstanding resistance to impurities and chemicals. This structure allows valves to operate under pressure without shutting off the water supply, delivering reliable performance even in the most demanding conditions.

Runxin offers over 30 series and more than 150 specifications of water treatment control valves, covering capacities from 1 m³/h to 50 m³/h.

Filter Valves – Available in manual and automatic models (LED, digital tube, and indicator light display), with time, volume, and differential pressure triggering options. Ideal for quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, swimming pool filtration, and RO pretreatment.

Softener Valves – Designed for down-flow, up-flow, down/up-flow, and floating bed regeneration. Meter-based regeneration ensures precise salt and water savings. Single-tank, one-valve-two-tank, and one-valve-three-tank configurations support continuous water supply for boiler feedwater and industrial softening.

Special Water Treatment Valves – Custom solutions for iron and manganese removal, fluoride removal, and deoxygenation, applying the same durable ceramic sealing technology to handle corrosive regenerants and challenging water chemistries.

Multi-Valve Systems (F109 Controller) – For flow rates exceeding 50 m³/h, Runxin offers modular multi-valve systems using Runjing ceramic hard sealing ball valves. DN65 systems reach 75 m³/h, while DN80 systems handle up to 100 m³/h—ideal for large-scale industrial, municipal, and rural water improvement projects.

Applying the same ceramic sealing technology to the residential market, Runlucky offers a comprehensive range of products: disk prefilters (50-80 micron filtration with automatic backwash), whole house water filters (activated carbon filtration with intelligent backwash), residential softeners (single-tank and compact under-cabinet models with meter-delayed regeneration, brine dry mode, vacation mode, and WiFi control), shower softeners, RO systems with pure water return technology, and intelligent leak protection auto shut-off valves.

Leveraging ceramic hard sealing ball valve technology, Runxin has developed a complete intelligent irrigation ecosystem. Field tests conducted at the Shaanxi Donglei Yellow River Diversion Project (high turbidity), the Turpan Irrigation Test Station (extreme heat up to 80°C surface temperature), and the Qing'an National Irrigation Test Station (extreme cold down to -40°C) confirmed stable torque, excellent sealing, and long service life under the harshest conditions.
